rikiki. Graphics & Product & Out of Everyday: We're looking for reinforcements!

Since 2012, rikiki. Graphics & Product has stood for carefully curated design in the areas of home accessories and special everyday products. Out of Alltag, our partner store, has been expanding its product range to include high-quality designer furniture and lighting since 2021. We operate two concept stores in Düsseldorf's Flingern district and an online shop. Our team currently consists of seven colleagues.

Team & Store Management (full-time) with all-rounder qualities

In this responsible position with strategic and organizational responsibilities, you will be the central interface between the store, online shop, and office. In addition to direct work in the store, you will take on tasks in strategy, organization, and planning. You will actively contribute, maintain a holistic view, and work with us to further develop the company.

• You like to take on responsibility and think through tasks independently
• You work accurately, in a structured manner and keep an overview – even when things get hectic
• You have strong communication skills and are a team player
• An eloquent, open and approachable demeanor characterizes you
• Design and interior topics not only interest you, they inspire you
• You ideally have experience in a management position or in retail
• You also have good written communication skills
• Committed work is a given for you: You see what needs to be done, take your own initiatives and courageously contribute your ideas and contribute them to the discussion
• You understand processes, tackle things, and find solutions instead of waiting for instructions

Your tasks:

• Advice and support for our customers in store + online
• Goods acceptance & warehouse management
• Creation and maintenance of the product range, support in purchasing planning
• Team coordination and organization + control of daily business
• Working with our ERP and project management system
• Marketing & Communication: Development and technical implementation of content and campaigns online and offline
• Support of customer inquiries, orders and returns
• Day-to-day firefighting: including the replacement of absent teammates
• Process management: continuous analysis, improvement, implementation and review of processes for effective and efficient work

Scope of work & location:

• 5 days/week (or 4 if necessary), including Saturdays (alternating work with compensation on weekdays).
