If you have any questions about the status of your order or need a document, please contact us - we will provide you with everything immediately! You can simply reply to the "order confirmation" email or use our contact form .
Yes! We have transferred your customer account to the new system. What we obviously don't have is your password (because only you know it).
Please use the "Forgot password" function when logging into your customer account to set a new password so that you can log in again.
Since the technology of the new shop system is completely different from that of the old one, it was unfortunately impossible to take your order history with you.
However, we still have all the information stored in our local systems! So if you need to know something about an old order or need a related document, that's no problem. Just contact us.
Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer your saved wish list to the new system – the technologies are simply too different.
That's a shame, but our new wish list has some really great features. For example, you can simply email it to someone - as if by chance, just before your birthday... ;-)
