All about ordering
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. In it, you will see everything important in summary.
In this email you will also find a link that you can use to view the status of your order at any time!
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking.
You can still change your shipping address as long as we have not yet shipped your order. Since we are usually very quick with shipping, please contact us immediately if you want to change something!
Shipping to packing stations is generally possible. You know the yellow boxes - please make sure that the dimensions of the products you order can fit into a packing station!
Within Germany, a package usually takes 1-3 days to be delivered to the recipient. Items sent as bulky goods or by freight forwarding take longer.
Normal packages can also be ordered with express delivery.
International delivery times depend on the destination.
We are happy to gift wrap the items you have ordered. Please contact us directly after placing your order using the contact form with your order number!
Oh no! We are really sorry that something is not as it should be with your order. We always try to ensure that this does not happen - but if it does, we are of course here for you!
Please send us an email with a description and, ideally, photos of your complaint. The easiest way is to reply to your order confirmation email.
We will surely find a good solution!
That's because you're shopping in a real store!
We have two locations in Düsseldorf and the online shop, which share a common warehouse. Sometimes it can happen that a last item is sold in the shop and then ordered in the online shop before the online shop has received the inventory change. Or a last item is on display in the shop, was damaged there and is therefore no longer for sale. Or, even worse - stolen, that also happens.
Fortunately, because our systems are constantly being updated, it is rare that we are unable to deliver something you have ordered online.
If this is the case, we ask for your understanding and will contact you immediately with all the options available: wait for a redelivery, choose another item as a replacement, receive a partial refund or cancel the order. You decide.

You can cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

You can return the goods to us using a shipping method of your choice. The products must be unused and complete. Please also pay attention to the original packaging, labels and the like. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. The return address is:

If you want to return an item because we have made a mistake (for example, if you received the wrong product), we will of course provide you with a return label.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used to originally pay for the order.
Refunds will be made as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges within an original order.
If you would like to have an item other than the one you ordered, please send us the original item as a return and order the other item in a new order through our shop.
International Orders:
Yes, we ship internationally! Please get in touch with us with any questions you might have.
Shipping options for the most common countries we ship to are available during checkout.
If a special item like a piece of furniture is in your shopping cart, we cannot calculate the shipping rate automatically. Please get in touch with us to receive a quote!
If you are still looking for a shipping rate for your destination, please reach out to us and let us know which products you would like us to ship where. We'll find the best available rate for you!
Returns are accepted if shipped within 14 days after receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for safe shipping to our store.

As with all returns, items must be unused and returned including all parts and in original product packaging.

You can send us an email using the contact form or simply reply to any email you have received as part of an order.
You can also reach us by phone during regular office hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 0211 94211066.
We are happy to help you with any questions!
Of course! You can choose between digital vouchers, where you receive a code (or have this sent directly to the recipient along with a greeting message) - or a beautifully designed voucher card in an envelope, which you order from us like a normal product and then give away.
Unfortunately, the system does not currently allow us to issue codes that can be redeemed in the store and online shop at the same time. This means that a voucher sold in the online shop can only be redeemed there (and the same applies vice versa for store vouchers).
But we have a solution for this too!
If you would like to have a voucher transferred from the online shop to the store or vice versa, simply contact us and state the voucher number. We will check the codes and then change them to the desired shop.
It is not possible to apply a discount code to the purchase of a voucher.
