Solid wood bed

The bed is a place that everyone should look forward to. It is a place of longing and security, where you consciously rest and experiences are transformed into memories. The ZIANS bed is such a place. It breaks through everyday life and offers an intimate space of dreamy coziness. Natural sleeping is at the heart of the design and is reflected without restriction in all design decisions. The wood creates a visual and tactile contrast to the fluffy blanket and embodies naturalness. The clear form is the solid foundation for an island of pure security that defies the worries of everyday life as well as the cold night air.

You can insert any standard slatted frame - thanks to the recessed center beam, either one in the full width of your ZIAN bed, or two next to each other with half the width. For example, for the medium size of 160 cm: here both a continuous 160 cm slatted frame and two separate 80 cm wide ones fit. The same applies to the other sizes of the ZIAN.

The same principle applies to the mattress: thanks to the central beam, you can insert a full-length mattress or two half-width mattresses. The total insertion depth for the slatted frame and mattress is 13 cm. The slatted frame should be up to 12 cm high so that it can be inserted invisibly. The mattress is then lowered a little so that it does not slip.
