Travel guide for German regions

The books in the Wochenender series are companions for excursions and short trips to rural regions around the major German cities. The first stop - which is obvious for Hopp and Frenz - is the north, more precisely: the North Sea coast with its regions of Dithmarschen, Eiderstedt and North Friesland. The Wochenender is not a typical tourist guide, but gives hand-picked tips, shaped by personal encounters with founders, restaurateurs and hosts, to try out and pass on, among friends, in private.
