Handmade porcelain cup

The Nip Cup is part of the Tokyo Tableware Series by Studio Arhoj. It is named after the small sip that fits into it. Despite its small size, a Nip Cup has many moments: as an egg cup, as a shot glass, for an espresso or as a salt cup. In Japan, the small choko cups are a tradition and belong in convivial sake circles where you are regularly refilled.

Please note that Studio Arhoj's ceramics are handmade and the glaze varies slightly from piece to piece.

Material:
Porcelain, hand-glazed
Dimensions:
approx. 4.5 × 5 cm
Volume:
+/- 50ml
Care:
Dishwasher safe – Studio Arhoj still recommends washing by hand
Please do not pour boiling water into the pan - this will cause cracks in the dishes and/or the glaze. Boiling water must be allowed to cool slightly or the pan must be warmed up with hot tap water.
Production:
Handmade in Denmark
